Commercial Agency partner in India
We are prepared to act as your Commercial Agency partner in India, promoting your company and marketing your products across the Indian market. Sales will be conducted under a formal Commercial Agency Agreement, on a commission-based structure, with pricing aligned to the Indian market.
SCOPE OF OUR SERVICES
The Agent shall:
Promote and market the Principal’s products in India
Identify potential buyers and generate sales leads
Coordinate communication between buyers and the Principal
Assist in order negotiation and confirmation
Support sample dispatch, documentation coordination, and after-sales communication
The Agent shall not enter into contracts or accept payments on behalf of the Principal unless expressly authorized in writing.
We Invite Buyer
We invite exporters to visit India for face-to-face meetings with potential buyers to review market demand and buyer status. These meetings aim to establish mutually beneficial trade agreements and develop long-term business relationships.
We Seek Invitation
Upon invitation from exporters, we attend direct meetings with buyers to evaluate buyer status, discuss commercial terms, and support the formation of long-term trade agreements.
Purchase Sale Agreement
We are ready to operate under standard commercial terms by executing a Purchase and Sales Agreement to ensure safe and long-term trade for both parties. The agreement will be notarized by a licensed advocate and registered with the respective Chambers of Commerce of both parties.
In the event of any payment default by the buyer, we are prepared to initiate appropriate action through business arbitration lawyers and competent courts, in support of the exporter.
Branch Setup in India
